Why I Do This ?
I love to serve and helping people brings me joy. So, I built these workshops from the systems my agency uses daily – the same frameworks responsible for real increases in sales, conversions, and clarity.
For more than two decades, I’ve served business owners who felt stuck, confused, or overwhelmed by their brand and website. Many had wasted money on agencies, freelancers or DIY tactics that left them further behind. I’ve sat on calls with clients who were frustrated because someone over-promised and under-delivered.
Those moments shaped the way I work today.

I built these workshops because small business owners deserve access to the same tools and thinking used to grow high-performing brands – at a price they can afford to apply themselves.

My Story
My soft spot for small businesses started early.
In 2004, I was just 19 when I surprised everyone, including myself, by building a successful Australian fashion label with little more than some bright-eyed enthusiasm, the brilliance of my best friend and a boot-strapped marketing plan that had us flying by the seat of our shorts into 16 luxury designer stores. We even landed a contract with Myer.
Sans social media, mind you. It didn’t even exist back then.
And if you’ve ever heard the unbelievable fable of the femme-preneur who put a delightfully groomed standard poodle on the runway at Australian Fashion Week… you’re welcome. That was me.
Needless to say, I loved every second of finding creative ways to fuel the marketing buzz for my brand.
Yet despite my success, it didn’t really sink in that my future was in small business marketing until life reminded me that it was short, and it was up to me to make it sweet.
So, I did.

I leapt off the ledge and went all in. I closed my first business and dove head first into life as a marketing freelancer, getting my clients better results with every campaign. The rest is history!

I’ve personally worked with marketing budgets from $0 per month to $80,000 per month and I can assure you, budget alone doesn’t determine success.
Yes, a healthy budget helps. But true marketing success comes down to doing the right things, at the right time, in the right way. And this is the part most businesses find confusing.
So, while working full-time, I completed a double major Batchelor in Business and Advertising, grounding my active real-world experience in a clear understanding of how brands grow, why people buy, and how the right strategy can reshape a business.
My passion for helping others grew into strategic insights that worked. And they worked well. For the past 20 (cough) years, I’ve helped turn small startups into consumer movements, taken $1 million companies and scaled them into $5m and $10m businesses, and supported $10m companies to grow into $30m assets. I’ve also helped businesses grow x5 to x10 their value.
From freelancer to a small consultancy I started in 2018, the momentum eventually grew into Marketing Your Brand, an award-winning creative agency known for its clarity-led approach, human-centred processes, and strong results across Australia and the USA.
Today, I support companies through both my agency and my workshops, giving them the strategic foundations they need to build brands and websites that truly work.
