Take A Deep Dive Into Your Current Customer Statistics

👥 When was the last time you took a deep dive on your current customer stats?

If you haven’t checked in on your target market lately, now might be the time to check your demographics and do some extra research.

Especially with the market shifting and consumer priorities changing after everything that’s been going on, it’s a great time to revisit your customer base.

➡️ Are there any surprising segments that have cropped up? Unexpected age ranges or locations, perhaps?

➡️ Is what you offer still a priority, enough to be making consistent sales? Or do you need to have a think about shifting your offers around?

➡️ Has average order values changed at all? What can you implement to increase these?

➡️ Is your target market spending more or less time in their usual places, like social media? Is it a sign to ramp up your efforts there or even change tactics?
